Fošny z dřeva smrku a jedle jsou ceněným materiálem ve stavebnictví. Nacházejí své uplatnění při:
- Konstrukci dřevěných rodinných domů
- Podpírání stropů a střech na stavbách
- Stavbě pergol
- Vytváření celých konstrukcí střech a vazeb
- Bednění betonových prvků
Díky své univerzálnosti a spolehlivosti jsou využívány i pro další účely. Možnost další úpravy, jako je hoblování či impregnace, umožňuje přizpůsobit dřevo specifickým potřebám.
Základní charakteristika
Dřevo smrku a jedle je typické svou světlou barvou, která se pohybuje od smetanově bílé až po lehce nahnědlý odstín, a výraznými letokruhy, které mu dodávají charakteristický vzhled. Navzdory své měkkosti je smrk a jedle houževnaté, relativně pevné a pružné dřevo. Měkká textura, doprovázená jemným leskem a vůní pryskyřice, usnadňuje zpracování.
Specifikace řeziva
Dřevo: Smrk (Picea abies) a jedle (Abies spp.)
Smrk a jedle jsou typicky používané dřeviny pro výrobu fošen díky jejich pevnosti, pružnosti a dostupnosti.
Vlhkost: Vzduchosuchá
Řezivo je skladováno v nekrytých skladech, což umožňuje postupné přirozené sušení dřeva při zachování jeho pevnosti a stability.
Třída: C24 (S10)
Třída C24 označuje vysoce kvalitní stavební dřevo vhodné pro náročné konstrukce, jako jsou nosné sloupy, trámy a příhradové konstrukce. Označení S10 znamená, že dřevo bylo tříděno v nesušeném stavu s ohledem na jeho pevnost a další mechanické vlastnosti.
Certifikace: PEFC (Program pro osvědčení lesů)
Řezivo je certifikováno podle standardů PEFC, což zaručuje, že pochází z lesů spravovaných s ohledem na udržitelnost, zodpovědnost a ochranu biodiverzity.
